We went to the Elliston puffin viewing area again this morning but there were too many people there and sadly no puffins on the mainland. Very disappointing.
We had Coffee and scones at the bicycle Cafe in Bonavista before packing up and heading to Spillars Cove. We saw a lot of people with cameras and tripods looking at puffins on a sea stack, but not very close.
The hike was beautiful and was supposed to take 1 hr but it took us 3 because we had to stop to see so many puffins!!
We then drove to Terra Nova for a hike on Ochre Hills and then to Glovertown.
